Our Story
Short origin story
We began as a small atelier focused on experimental tasting menus. The first collaboration with a neighbourhood bistro taught us how repeatable technique transforms guest experience. From that beginning we developed a studio method: prototype → document → train. Today we partner with hospitality teams to scale creativity without losing craft.
